That is strange.A shop maybe able to recharge them in house.I have read alot of good threads about the shock doc on this forum,great prices and fast turn-around.

Cannodale27 is his s/n. It does sound like you've lost your nitrogen charge. On both at the same time seems odd, but that's what it is. You could take them somewhere locally, but you never know what you'll get. If they just recharge, the probelm is still there, you've got a seal leaking. C27 has the best prices with great service. I highly recommend him.
