So after quite a few lengthy sand excursions over the past few years I can honestly say that I have never seen a flag first, even in the small rollers..... Most of the flags people use are only about 7 ft off the ground, and they tilt back when one is angled up. ... I don't know that there is a good solution to this.

They have helped me locate my daughter before though, I could see her flag bobbing a few dunes away and knew where to find her, that was nice, but for coming over a dune they don't seem to do any good.

Guys, PM me your VIN numbers and contact info. I think you guys are going to be the first entries into the new Cannondale registry that I am making to help document our bikes. Why not start with the rarest one first?

Ken Deal

I just got my '03 Glamis today. Sold to me as new never titled. It was driven around dealership but over all it looks pretty good. I will post pics soon.

Vin # is 5B6GD31373B000015
engine serial # is AAA5B3002168
Any info you can provide would be neat. Can you determine what day it was built?

Thanks .Gary.
