Cannondaleriders

Ok just got my quad put back to tegether after sitting for about 3 years. It runs really good now but the tank needs a good cleaning. All the hoses were replaced but the tank filter turns brown fairly quickly. Anyone cleaned one before like this or have some good idea's?

Pour the gas out of the tank and run it in your lawnmower.If there is dirt in the tank use some soap and water and get it out then just let the tank sit in sun to dry out well.
