You'll need to screw a couple of M6 bolts into the threaded holes in the crankplate to draw the plate out of the case. Try to use bolts with smooth ends or they'll dig into the case a bit as you draw off the case.

Do a turn on one bolt then a turn on the other so it draws out evenly.

Make sure you get the drive pin out of the front (supply) oil pump or you'll break it.....

As for the one way.Look at the spring holding the cogs.If there are any large gaps in the winding it is junk. The windings should all be even.If in doubt throw it out.Was a post somewhere with pics.

You can also use a dab of anti-seize on the end of the pusher bolts so they dont chew in too much. After you get it moving a tiny washer in there will minimize it further. Be sure to knock down any high spots before you put it together so it does not keep the plate from seating all the way.

Polish the gripper shaft of the one way gear. If there are any flat spots on the one way rollers then replace them. They are like the camshafts. Once they wear through the hardsurface its a short amount of time before they wreck the spring.
