cut up a damaged frame to see how they are made and how thick they are, here is the information:
almost everything is 0.120" - 0.125" thick, here are some pictures:

the cross member that connects the spars below the swing arm pivot is 0.160" thick.
The tubing that connects the spars just behind the stearing stem flows oil from the right side to the left, the cross member where the oil return feeds into only flows to the right side.

theres no funky oil galleries like everyone was thinking inside the frame spares. Cool

Just the one that splits the main spars, but everyone has seen that by looking in the oil fill hole.

I'll have this frame for a little while untill it gets recycled into something usefull, (Beer cans) circle of life!

I'd like to see whats happening at the two vent lines on the right side?

Here you go, nothing special going on. The channels in the spar are connected at each end.
