If memory serves me, kdeal has said there were 46 blaze in 03. So techinally yes. 164 in 02.

I don't think we can answer that for you! Depends on what you're going to do with it.
If you're going to ride it, I'd say it's worth less. That's because there are nicely prepped XC quads for sale occasionally that'll go from say 2k up to 4k.
If it'll stay a showpiece, it's definitely rare and is worth more for that reason.
It's value to you is really all about how much you'll pay for it! It's a nice machine, but updates may need to be done to get the really long term reliability out of it.

By mint, I'm assuming its brand new on a show room floor somewhere or in storage. I would not pay more than $3000 (And thats the high end) for something like that even if it has the aluminum valve cover. At the minimum you're going to have to put the z400 bearing on the crank for you to be able to sleep at night. But like Nrath said, there are machines out there with this already done going for the same price and sometimes are setup better and have more power.
