vin decoder

hello all, new guy here working on a friends cannondale and need some help. i guess he didn't get a title with this when he bought it and i'm trying to figure out exactly what it is. the vin is 5B6C0313X3B000038. he says its a 2003 cannibal. i know it needs a clutch and a few other things so i would like to know exactly what it is for sure. thanks in advance.

What color is the plastic, the Cannibal was manufactured in many colors. There are only 2 Limited Editions and the FX400 ...

Your VIN number is not correct as typed. The VIN is probably 5B6CD........ The letter after the "C" should be a "D". This would make it a 2003 Speed. It was dynoed "born" on 8/15/2002.

Someone has just changed the plastics. The Speed just had a better map in the ECU and a set of aluminum handlebars instead of the Cannibal's steel ones.

The parts that he needs are more than likely not model specific. A clutch for example, is the same on ALL Cannondale models.
