My first cdale project

How's it going guys??

I've had multiples of every brand 450 0ver the years..... But finally got my hands on this dale. Appears to be a moto. Has the wider axle, long travel arms and previous owner installed elkas front and back.

So far a bunch of parts have been ordered from black widow for the rebuild. All new chassis bearings / joints, piston / sleeve, all gaskets and seals, aluminum valve cover, plus much more

Crank was split and inspected by myself, installing z400 bearing and rebalancing by local machine shop.

I ( bvcracing.com )powder coated a bunch of parts including a arms, wheels, engine covers, misc brackets...

Update

Rear end installed, new bearings, powder coated subframe and wheels , new tires

Ran some mint Honda wheels that I had in stock for now. Will switch to bead locks when I'm closer to spring / riding time
