2nd gear noise/ problem/ update?

I have the trans assembly set into the engine case

Every gear is smooth spinning, how ever in 2 nd gear only it is very noisy

I did a search and found a solution. But before i start dremeling i wanted to see everyones thoughts??

This is my last hang up. Last was the c balancer/ 1 way clutch/bearing

That post is spot on. I found the same thing in mine a while back. Fixed it the same way, but hadn't read that post. Thumbs up from me.
