Kgd I assume this is another Maz map.Changed the name on it.It should go but risky in my opinion.Might have trouble with traction being so aggressive in timing.Fuel settings arent much different than stock maps so might want to go richer on flowrate. Will it work for MX?If you ride like a twostroke it should.

468 Portedstroker dyno run

#34 Post by cannondale27 »

Here it is!Green is last year.Notice I started out rich. Also note the time of runs.Try that with a stinky carb:D Try to ignore the numbers and look at the gains.Huge considering stock was lucky to see 38 on this dyno.Timbo did a great job on the map.Nice and flat. One small area that needs to be tweaked. We have more tricks to do for sure but goal of getting a baseline to make maps of is done.Got lots more little mods to do like open airbox,Canniboomers ignition, crank venting,Heck even my junk carrier bearings will make a diff.Notice the squiggly AFR of Motospeed map compared to Annimals Map.

Afr.For RPM idle was 2300 and rev was 11500 so mph will have to be converted you can figure it out using the blocks.Next time The Nology setup will be on so rpms will be shown.Thats a nice fuel mapping:cool:

And last stock motor with big gun pipe.6 real hp gain now and more to come. Those are hard earned ponies that if not for everyone at the site wouldnt be there. Now this weekend I am gonna show some other folks what the ponies are good for and they arent gonna like it.Off to the races:)

Steve,

can you give a quick description of how your 468 is built? I want to see how many of the same parts we are using. did you do any head work with this build?

Sure.
Timbo crank stroked
JE piston =468cc coated
12.5-1 compression
Stockstroke porting Timbo/Tom
FX cams
Winky reangled injectors=(made wrong)
FT pipe/02 headpipe
