Wistech up and ready for the challenge.The only reason I've been keeping the weight is for traction and to keep the front end down.Lol!Just checked my weight on the scale and 214lbs.I will not change the eating habits but will increase exercise as my stratagy.My yongest brothers wedding is this weekend so I might end up gaining another lb or 2 by monday,but after that its 199 all the way baby!

For everyone reading this the above picture is a joke. It was running around the Net somewhere with the title how do you spot a rich guy? Besides Wistech is not as tan as this guy.....LOL
