I got them back just when you said they would be here. Packed in heat sealed bags and bubble wrapped, you sent them back better packed than I sent them to you.

We are trying hard to deliver our services in a very timely manner. The industry standard seems to be 6 weeks plus, we find this completely unacceptable and will do our best to maintain a 3 day turn around.
