Yep, those hard bolt-threads were actually smashed and finally just forced out sideways. We can see the bolts were pushed out during the failure, and not before the spin. The bolts did put up a fight, so to speak, but still lost the battle.
We were feeling confident after you had ridden hard for months without a problem, and your flywheel had checked out normal inside. But, that jumping practice was the ultimate field test!
There may have been too much clearance and ovaling at the threads, from the hand-tapping done at that time. We are now tapping with a milling machine, for maximum and precise bite, and will also fuse-weld the ends of the bolts to the inside hub, for good measure.
It may take another week.
