OK some summary here:
The ATV UNI Kit is $134. Includes clamp-on UNI with Outerwear, encased Shorthorn Velocity Stack, remote High-arched K&N CC Breather kit, new and re-routed Ventline tubings with Mini-filters, a fuel and weather-resistant Roost Flap w rivets/backers, HD zips to boost up the wire harness,... other small hdwr & misc.. For installation, you would re-use the green temp sensor, the airbox bottom clamp, and the oil catch cup. Everything else needed is provided with the Kit.

The ATV K&N Kit (option) is $158. The filters and outerwear are interchangeable. Most customers choose the UNI. Yes the K&N will feed even more air (if needed), but even high-comp ported 460's do quite fine with the foam UNI.

Non-used leftovers are the complete stock airbox with filter yoke, the stock filter w clip, the 2 yokemount longer bolts, the ventline tubings (stock tubes usually cracked anyway) and Tee .

The MC Kit is $119,.. next 6 qty. This is for any Cannondale and ATK-dale motorcycles that have the Black fuel tank (later-frame single air-filter models).
Includes clamp-on conical K&N with Outerwear, encased smooth-bend Shorthorn Velocity Stack, new frame-to-belly Vent hose, new and re-routed Ventline tubings with Mini-filters, other small hdwr & misc.. For installation, you would re-use the green temp sensor, the airbox bottom clamp, and the oil catch cup. The Filter float position can be tweaked to prevent rubbing against the tank, and the filter clamp can be reached without having to remove the radiator shrouds...
Non-used leftovers are the brittle stock airbox, the existing CC vent hose (short or long depending your model), the stock filter w clip etc, the ventline tubings and Tee.
