I believe they do. However that brings up another point with the RPM set-up. Sprocket hub is a press fit to help eliminate the stripped spline syndrome that is kind of typical on the lonestar set-up.

Great, I will try it out. I have several RPM axles on my machines and have NEVER had one problem with them. There is a reason why they are the best in the business.

I don't know what you were told, but those lock nuts are the same as the one's they used to make. I had two of these axles and still have one of them. procket hubs always came loose. Hopefully they addressed this. Locknuts were ok, but be careful tightening them as if you over tighten with it loose it will strip the threads.

Probably look the same but dimensions shouldn't be the same. This stuff is made to fit the Honda 450R axle, not the cannondale axle. It was an option of footing the cost for 20 sprocket made to fit the 450R axle. Or a run of cannondale axles. Axles are expensive if you know what I mean.

how is this better than a stock moto axle? or is it about the same just another option?

One of the only options. Everyone is out of the Moto axles. Plus these are warrantied by RPM so you can get a replacement if you bend or break your axle. I know it's not common with the Moto axles, but you bend or break it and it won't be replaced.
