Wheels are in motion. I'll update as progress is made.

Looking at two options:

First is to just have RPM make more axles.

2nd is to have RPM make an aluminum hub for the Honda 450 axle which would allow us to use the Honda axle. Hub would be a press fit so we wouldn't have the problems like Lonestar of the hub stripping.

I thought the RPM cdale axle was just a 400ex axle with different sprocket hub and lock nut?

Got some pricing back from them. Wheels are still turning. Lock-nuts are probably a for sure thing.

I had a Lonestar sprocket hub...it stripped out. I called Lonestar, they explained to me that they have never heard of any of their hubs ever stripping.

ha!

That is the exact reason RPM will only do a press fit hub.

Little more information. about 99% sure axle lock nuts are going to be done. These are going to be redone so they will work on stock axles and also rpm axles. cost will probably be around $90. I'll follow up more the first part of the week on a timeline.

Pete, have you heard anything on the locknut availability?
