Stroker crank is complete. Looks like about $900 to have done as long as you have a good rod.

Stock Rod with upper brass bushing


both sides loctited




undercut and balanced for stock ASSO piston



This crank is going to be matched with the modified ASSO piston and OUTLAW head porting
Dyno charts to come in the next days.

how big of a stroke did you decide on? maybe you posted it somewhere but I seem to have missed that part of the info. where are you planning to dyno at? looks good pete.

Forgot that part.............2.2mm stroker for a 63.2mm stroke.

Planning to Dyno at Janssen's

Done by Janssen Motorsports. They use "outlaw" on a lot of their parts.

If I wanted that done, I would have just sent it to Timbo (not intended as a rip of cut on him). If everyone does the same then we never know if the direction taken is the correct one.

They are getting around 63hp out of a Honda 450 right now so I trust their judgement.

ok, i get that...trying out something different is a good thing. Can't wait to see how it does. People have done the small vs large work before and larger does perform better on these. 63 out of a 450? come on...it ain't no 450 if they are saying 63.

Everything is together and runs nicely. Should have some dyno charts to post tonight.
