You might want to check to see which is sloppy since that Heim in lower eyelet is $50 I do have a brand new Ohlins heim. I have been cutting the smaller spacers to exact fit of bolt for the spacers. What size is your bolt?

Steve, it sounds like he has a 10mm swingarm bolt and 12mm bushings in the lower part of the shock. If that's the case, I would drill the swingarm hole out and run a 12mm bolt kit. #1 in the picture but for the bottom eyelet.

I might be wrong but wasn't the bolt 12mm first then upgraded to a 13mm bolt on the swingarm side of it?

Nope. The original bolt for up to 2002 and part of 2003 was a 10mm diameter bolt. The later bolt was 12mm. There were only 2 different sizes.

Alright, I just knew I've switched over a few swingarms and had to either drill out the swingarm or shock to make it work. I got my sizes mixed up.
