Atk D&m

#1 Post by cdrider02 »

I think that I read on here that the d&m kit for the dales will not work with the ATK's. What does it take to program/ tune the atk's? The dealership where I work is thinking about trading it's new dales in for ATK's and we already have dealercal for the dales. How are the ATk's selling does anyone know?

Whats up man. I would almost guarantee Optimum will charge you for new software. However, I am not them and cannot speak for them.

There is a project nearing completion that I would consider
Beta 1.0 Hardware complete. It will do either a Cdale or ATK
without being charged extra. You would also have the ability to program any bike you want as long as you know the ECU serial number.

pm the sales department at - kdxboy

As far as sales I am NOT the one to ask about that.

Good luck

I traded in my C'dales for my new ATK...
it is true, the new Hex code on the ATK will not accept c'dale d&M signals. You'd have top shove a c'dale hex code onto the ECU in order to get the software to work... but you'd loose ATK's technical support..

But on bolth bikes the physical hardware is the exact same...
but ATK hqas to use it's own software code, which is just modified enough to not violate some legal crap.
