You need to adjust your fuel to 6 which is in the middle and then adjust the fuel pressure to a general 12 to 1 ratio. Then you will have some adjustment of low mid and high range. If they are all at max then you can do nothing but lean it out at the current fuel pressure. On mine befor harley injectors it was way to rich on the bottom.so I set it at minimum and hooked up the vaccum to the regulator so at idle fuel pressure would drop 5 pounds . This in effect let me lean the bottom at least 20percent which the stock map can only be leaned 10 percent at the most . And thats with messing with fuel pressure.

how much vaccum has to be there to lower the fuel pressure? should the engines top port draw enough?

Whats a top port? A cannondale engine has no vaccum connections. To get engine vaccum you need to install a fitting below the throttle plate . I put mine between the two injectors . You can also put on in the front of the throttle body . I have my nitrous injector mounted there. The small hoses that go to the fuel pressure regulator from the factory do nothing. They are just vent hoses to keep water out of the regulator and sensors. They are otherwise useless.
I might have done a post on installing such a system a while back. Maybe on the SAS threads.

what does the hose going to the computer do?
what would happen if it had vaccum?

Thats a baro sensor for altitude adjustment. Not for manifold vaccum. It would most likely run pretty bad if it were hooked to the engine.

so no hose to it would be okay? when I got it there was a hose connected by a tee that went from pcm to fpr to engine vent.

Only problem with no hose to it would be dirt getting in.

Just run a 6 inch hose straight down to keep water out.

On Saturday I will supply a vaccum to the fpr.
make the vent hoses just go straight down 6 in.
set the low mid and high back to 6????
redo the throttle cal.
click my heels
spin in circles

anything else to add to the list bisides dyno?
