Can't Unlock Ecu

today i was remapping my quad and my laptop locked up when i was sending the new map to the ecu. so i restarted the laptop and tried to resend the map but now will not unlock the ecu. i have checked all connections so i dont think it is that. does anyone have an idea what could be wrong?

Sounds like maybe the hex code in the ECU got wiped.

I have had this happen to me with version 1.0 of D&M when the computer locked up, never with 2.0

Check your D&M version, if it's 1.0 contact Scooter and get the free upgrade.

SCOOTER, told me it was the hex code. i do have the 1.1 version and the upgrade is 245 bucks cause it is dealer cal. he told me i could still do it with the 1.1 version but i need some software called freedos to help load the hex code. if anyone has the freedos please reply. also any directions on loading hex codes would be nice and where do i get a new one :deal:
