i am having similar issues. i am going to check my grounds. i have road salt all over since i trailered mine on an open trailer. the salt may be causing some bad ground connections. there are two grounds. are they both at the same spot on the frame by the fuel regulator or is there another ground i need to look for?

which way would you go with the flow rate?up or down with the numbers.....if the flow rate is 2600 and rich would you go down like to 2550 or 2500 to lean it out or is it the oposite and what exactly does the injector offset do also and does it help to change that?

Was wondering the same as C41x, i have haydugs blaze/speed map and his 450 kit. the bike is dead fat, dumps too much fuel on start up and from 3/4 to full. pulled the plug black but still has a healthy spark. settings tps open 4.26, closed .3, leakage 0, flow rate 2603 and offset .88. im pretty confused. i know that it threw some codes, an air temp and another. wont be able to check them for another week though.

I have the hdc 450 also. Does a flowrate of 2350 sound real rich because I went down from about 2600 and my plug is still showing pretty white.

2350 sounds reasonable with a 450 at a lower altitude. It really depends on the bike and it's mods.
