mapping for atk

I just bought a spare motor that is supposed to be a completely rebuilt stock atk 450. So basically it has no porting or reangled injectors and what not. Before this I had a diamond racing 450 (with all the goodies (re-angled injectors and port&polish) that the crank went out in. This motor ran very strong for the short while that it ran. Jim at diamond mapped the computer specifically for it. Anyways, i have the same computer hooked up to the atk motor and it just feels sluggish. What map would you guys reccommend me running. I run motocross with 13-40 sprockets. I just got the D&m kit and had to send my ecu out to get the 10-digit code. I should have it back by friday so i can play with the d&m (never used one before). Just looking for some pointers as to what I should be looking for.
