Mapping question any help is appreciated

#1 Post by MotoX_Racer07 »

I need to tone down my Cannibal a little bit for tight woods racing. Speed map is to much and the stock cannibal map. I want to put the blaze map in but was not sure If I can do this with the stock exhaust? (Old round style) I always thought you need a freer flowing pipe for this to work. Is this true? And if so does anyone have a Map set up similar to the blaze for the stock exhaust. Any help is greatly appreciated .. thanks

MotoX,

Go over to cannondaler.com and go to their download page.
There are about 4 modified Cannibal maps available. They appear to be a stock Cannibal maps with the timing retarded in different areas. Download them and see if they will work for you.

You definitely need an exhaust in order to run the Blaze map.

Good Luck

I've got a couple Cannibal traction maps I got from Optimum, their a standard Cannibal map with less punch in the bottom end. They where created for woods and muddy conditions for less wheel spin. They may be the same maps as whats on Cannondaler, but I can email them to you if you need them.

What rev-limit do you want?

I'll build you a Blaze/cannibal map if you like.

Cannibal base map with Blaze timing retard to tone down throttle response in the 1/4 throttle range to make it more mellow for technical riding - but with the cannibal timing and fuel curve everywhere else so it will still match the stock exh.
