It starts very good and idles good.

But when the engine is hot and you rev it the idle stays at around 4000RPM and then after 10-20 seconds it drops to 2000RPM and after another 10-20 seconds the engines dies.

Any ideas on what is going on?

Thanks

Check your throttle body boot for gaps or tears. Make sure it is seated properly. You might also want to check the IACV. If all that is as it should be, then you probably have an air leak somewhere else.

Also look at your TPS

If you find nothing with those suggestions I would look at the fuel line qd's but that is a long shot, that usually gives you problems under load also.
Barring that look at your fuel offset as compared to what it was new... if the number is too low then it is idling lean and you would need to increase that number for a good idle afr.

Theere was a bad hex code out there a while back causing erratic idling issues. What version are you using? Spun flywheel can do it as well.

I recently updated to the latest hex code.

I will check the intake for air leaks and also check the flywheel.

After that I will look into the IACV and the TPS.

Thanks
