Hi guys, just plugged in the D+M for the first time today and just wondered if this lot means anything to anyone:

I take it it's also unwise to do the throttle calibration with a semi flat battery?

Did you do an up load or is that what came up when you opened it up? The first thing you want to do is open the map that you want to put in the machine then upload throttle and injector calls only. this will merge the specific numbers for your machine into the map. Once this is done you can then make changes and send it all to the ecu. If it is the newer version of the software it will ask witch set of calls you want to send to the ecu and you can select the ones you want to send if you made a change. Coppy these numbers down for reference in case something goes wrong. Hope this helps.

Hi Scooter, thanks for the info. This was the readings I got when I recived the info from the ECU, and I'm guessing I need to keep these numbers in case it all goes wrong?

Ideally I'm looking for a cross country or enduro map, do these come with the software (I only got this earlier this year) or do I need to download them from somewhere else? I've got the bike at idle atlot happier than it was, and I think I should have got the kit ages ago!

What bike do you have? All of the C'Dale approved maps are with the softwar but there should be a bunch of them on the site. Look for a jimmy Lewis map, that one we worked on in florida before the GNCC in 02.

It's an 2002 speed 440 running standard engine components, but has the boomer velocity stack, and is running a HMF can. All the other mods, fuel tank, oil lines etc have been done.

Thanks.

Look for the blaze map 33202 I think but it has been a long time since I looked at the numbers. I will look and see what I have floating arround.

'02 Blaze is 32203. I've had a hard time finding the '03 Blaze map.
