Dealer Cal Program

My local dealer went out of business several months ago. I got the few Dale parts he had left (not many:( )
Anyway, he had bought two dealer calibration programs from Cannonale. He activated one on the computer at the shop, but the other is still in the bag.
I know that the dealer cal program can access any ECU, but I only want to use it for myself. In fact there isn't anyone else around here who has a Cannondale now.
Does anyone know if I can still get this program activated since there can't be any "new" dealers (for the time being)
