D&M help

I got my D&M kit authorized today but it won't load the custom maps for here into my bike. I can monitor stuff and what not but I can't load any of the maps on here.

It says: "dealer cal cannot load custom cal to ECU!" then something about selecting a different cal file.

Is there something else I need to do to load these? I followed the directions in the instruction book but still got the same results.

Maps I tried: Blaze/speedts10, blaze/speedts130, Blaze traction maps 1,2,3,5, and moto/speed.

Please help

no one knows? Gonna have to call optimum tomorrow

I am at a loss. I have not had this come up on my D&M kit.

I have not heard of that before. Call scooter @ Optimum and I'm sure he he can help you out.
