I put the X440 map in my bike tonight just to mess around and all I can say is wow! The power is very smooth and strong throughout.

Not sure about the fan, I didn't ride it long enough to check that, but will this weekend and let you know.

I checked all the 03 bike maps they will all run the fan.Ran the super motard map for a couple laps seemed to have lot on top end never messed with off set or flow to get full potential.I was a little worried so I took it out.

Hello I'm new to this board so I would like say great site. Have just put the x440 map in 01300 and on mine the fan comes on at 80 deg.C. It does seem to rev out better on top than the blaze/moto map I was running. Idle is a little rough at 2000rpm but I haven't moved offset or injecter flow rate from the 2600 and .88 that was this maps baseline settings. I am running half 110 half 91, has anybody been able to change timing curve for more advance.

Its great to see guys experimenting with all this. The bike timing settings are pretty high already probably why cannondale doesnt reccomend them in quad but if your running race gas should be fine. With the race gas watch orings in quick disconnects they swell.I took mine out you hve to put all the parts back in but no oring just the one on outside which doesnt effect flow.Keep up the good work let us know your results.I am still looking for someone with procal and rider trim they can really tune them and on the fly too.I wish I could afford that.

Actually the temp the fan goes on and off is in the map.Maybe its also in the hex.

Go for it.Makes big difference fourstrokes are really forgiving as far as jetting they just wont run right if you are off unlike a twostroke which seems to run the best right before it blows.Just go in steps.

.10 increments for offsets
lower the number leaner it will be

50 increments for flow
BIGGER the number leaner it will be

Just got back from riding with the x440s map in and against a known quad this the fastest drag race map yet. Would not race xc with it though to much hit. If the flow numbers you listed are from a bike map it shows me how much diff. there can be bet. setups.I'm able to run 2600 flow and same offset with 1/2 race gas, thanks for the tip on bike maps.
