that's some very concise troubleshooting info. Thanks for posting it. Im curious why Optimum has not responded to your recent emails?

Have you ever tried to (look)at a hex file using notepad I just did it wow you wouldnt believe all the lines in that maybe you can make some sense out of it.The maps will also open using notepad but its all in code try it out.
