Tech Ques about Mapping

hi guyz

i remeber when i get my SBM450 back it talk long time until i re-calibrate it right. but it still have hard starting only .. it runs great except that hard start .. need 3 to 4 times to start i spend 5 stock batteries with this engine.
i belive with this high compression engine plus cold weather its make stock 9 amp battery. when i use try to use my stock basic setting ( TPS open 4.6 volts, TPS closed .30, Throttle leakage or throttle offset 0, Injector flow 2530, and injector offset .8

the TPS closed re-adjust to 0.30
the TPS open refuse to be 4.6 even i lose the throttle cable from the handle bar .. it refuse .. how can i fix this in future.

the throttle leakage still same 0
the injector flow rate decrease to 2430
the injector offset increase to 1.2 as i remeber

so what i want to know is ..will the both TPS closed and opened effect when the i try to start the motor ?

what is the most part is effecting when start the engine ?

another qustion : if u become rich or lean .. should i deal with both TPS again ?
