I changed over to the "R" kit and the quad is gettin a ton of air with the front being open.So now I'm gettin a pop every now and again and I belive its now lean.Has anyone got a pic of a Mil toll/I don't even know what it looks like or is it easy to use?Anyone got 1 they want to get rid of?

On the front of the 500ECU there is a hole with a allen screw in it above that there is a swoosh triangle with narrow and wide in the casting of ECU.If you turn the allen screw toward the wide part of swoosh it will make all the settings richer.!!This screw is VERY touchy!!a 1/8 turn is a big adjustment. If you do get a mill tool you can calibrate throttle and set low, mid, high mixtures.Only way to change rev limiter is to get a bike 500 ECU.

Does the allen screw adjust everything at once?If I have the mil tool can I adjust each (low, mid, high) individually? Will I have to recalibrate my throttle?Does the popping indicate a lean condition?

More questions.

Yes the screw adjusts all the settings.Honestly I would have to read directions again but it uses switches and a dial to make your settings.Bike ECU has a higher redline and maybe more aggressive mapping.Yes it does make it faster.
