I hadn't even thought about the flywheel, I was having a clutch basket made. I'm not sure where to start on a flywheel. Only because I never taken one apart. How about a billet replica of one just machined to look like a flywheel? lol...

I have one cut open,and one spun after being pinned. I'll send them to you if you think you can do something?

A billet clutch basket with a bearing instead of a bushing would be sweet!

Something I keep thinking about, Is to make a little resivor(sp?) to mount at the rear of the engine were the oil line is located. My thoughts were to run the oil line from the frame to the lower portion of the resivor. I was thinking of a drain plug with a removeable screen and magnet. then going from the top of the resivor to the oil inlet on the back of the engine.

How about an external oil filter ?

KTM uses it on their LC4 models. Like this 660:
