Im not at the shop but I can tell you that the raised area that the cage doesnt wear on is about 60 percent of the original width that the rollers touch. At this point the outer edges of the cage start to cut into the crank pin itself. Most of the cranks Ive seen have a salvagable pin unless they have completely failed. It sure would be nice to find a pile of stock rods . It would save a lot of work having to build new ones from scratch.

My pics are improving arent they:wow

Timborod???

Is he a new member? lol!

Nice, ummm, rod, Timbo!! How long did that take?

You guys are killing me. My current engine has about 10 hours on it. I want to pull it apart and swap the bearing before I ride it anymore. But, the group ride is barely more than a week away. I guess it's possible, but I'm tired of all nighter's! But, I can tell you I will cringe everytime I hit the start button if I don't. What a guy to do??!!!! Guess I should've started turning wrrenches three weeks ago when I decided I was going to make the update!

Brad, Timbo, Wistech, & 27, Kudo's to you guys- great work and I appreciate it.... I think!

ATK had one. I believe he said the quad had an extremely agressive map in it.
