On the smaller injectors you have to take into accout that they were designed for 1000's of HP not 40 something. And they use these system in all circuit and grand am racing. They are very reliable.

WHAT????? Fuel injectors are made for specific HP ranges. You could not use an injector designed for a 1500 HP dragster in a 40-50 HP engine. It simply wouldn't work. To get a correct fuel injector for our application, you have to go through a mathematical equation to make sure that you have one capable of the correct flowrate and duty cycle. The amount of HP a particular engine produces does not effect whether or not the fuel injector will hold up to task at hand.

I dont know much about injectors but I did know they need to be matched to the motor to keep them within their duty cycle range.Figured out that at this place:

Figured trying the injectors shouldnt hurt anything though either.

Made up this fuelrail. The bores for injectors are reamed for a good finish and seal size.Added extra hole for a future regulator which I will mount right on rail eliminating one more hose if it will fit. This is only possible with the reangled injectors and harley injector style which is way shorter than stock .Thought you all might like to see it.
