I cant find the extension.Maybe one I found could be welded onto the tank.

That was what I was thinking, but if we could get a z400 or 250r radiator built like that then it would be great. My whole purpose to this was to eliminate the stock bottle. You would still have an overflow just designed like everyone elses.

I know it would work to just buy a z400 and have that neck welded in, but at $300 for the radiator it gets kinda hard to have all kinds of welding done to it before you even use it.smile.gif

Not only that but having an extension welded to a radiator that is not designed to be there is not good. The weld will eventually crack from lack of support. Wouldn't we be better off keeping the existing resivoir and just put a radiator in and keep the cap on? Then fill the cooling system through the resivoir.
