That is exactly why im using rubber mounts instead of making a solid metal or aluminum mount. I want to secure the engine more then it already is........but not over secure it..and maybe mess something up. I dont know about the warping...but thats a very interesting idea. All i saw is the basic mechanics of torque.....and looked for a solution. And all otehr major 4 strokes and two strokes...ALL have top engine mounts.....but...i do agree if a stiff/solid mount were made for the dale motors..that it not be at the very top....but rather right around the middle/top of the cylinder.
