Well, here it is, they say 10* cooler.

what kind of coating is that??? that is sweet looking so did the tests reveal 10 deg cooler or you not have time to test it yet? How much for that mod??? and where do we sent it?

I wonder if Teflon coating would shed mud off?I know on my 250r I had ceramic coated pipe and whole quad could be full of mud but that pipe would be almost spotless.

WENT RIDING THIS WEEKEND WITH A BUNCH OF HONDAS..... I WAS IN 5TH GEAR PINNED ALL OF THEM WERE BEHIND ME HAHA...THEY SAID THAT A BIG PUFF OF WHITE SMOKE COME OUT OF THE EXHAUST THEN CLEARED UP...WHEN I STOPPED THERE WAS ANTIFREEZE-EVANS EVERYWHERE...HAVENT HAD A CHANCE TO TEAR INTO IT ANY IDEAS...THANKS

First easy on the caps! Second check the cap on the coolant bottle first they tend to leak from there.

Make sure you have coolant flow ,your fan is functioning, radiator cap isnt blown, the bleeder hose isnt plugged and the impellar isnt stripped or melted. Inspect your oil for a milky substance. If it is the sleeve might have a crack. If it does I have a good used one you can have.
