Just wanted to let everyone know that the new version of ECUDiag has been released and is available for download. It has 2 major improvements and all users should upgrade immediately. The first is a communications improvement. It will not go faster (or slower) but the programmer rewrote all the comm routines to achieve a more stable communications platform. This improvement should fix the problems people have been having with getting the HEX corrupted. If anyone still has problems please contact us on ECUDiag! The other improvement was with the Throttle Calibration routines. This fix was done because the throttle percentage reported by the ECU does not appear to be computed correctly below about 3%. After sending the throttle cals, you should see 0.0% or maybe 0.1% for throttle percentage with the throttle stop backed off all the way. to see if you got a good cal, as soon as you move the adjustment screw in to where it touches the throttle cam you should see a change in the throttle percent. If you can turn the adjuster screw in more than half a turn without the percent changing then you might want to do another cal. This technique of checking your throttle cal would also apply to the D&M software, not just ours.
