Looks nice, the can is not really my cup of tea though. I would prefer two skinny cans, similar to GP bikes...

I will also have a single 4 inch muffler setup to test with a 2.5 inch core using a merge collector

Can we say twins! Wow what a nice pair! Look at those curves! Oh wait sounds kind of pornographic. Nice job John and Mike can't wait to see how they perform!

Oh Oh Looks like we are to fast . Cdale55 got protested today for winning the 450 and pro open classes with the 480 . I feel so ashamed....NOT
This was videod and should be on fox sports the 17th. Not sure if he was using the duals on the backup quad as the 505 is having tranny issues.

Sounds like sunday he went up against Darryl Rath and his monster motored KTM. Lord knows how big that thing is. Ended up coming in second to it. He complained about the 480 not having the motard gear so maybe we better get one in there. I think if he had the duals on it it might have made a difference .

Not too bad but I wouldn't get overly confident. Maybe we should dyno them against each other on the same quad to see who is really going to be toasted. laugh.gif

Why are you not stepping up to larger pipe on the joints? Keeping the same size joint means you will have a "junky" spot inside the pipe where the joint is at and this will hurt performance. Stepping up helps this out by keeping the exhaust flow smooth, and the backflow only gets hurt.
