I have made my own stainless steel dual exhaust header starting from
the head. It starts with 1 3/8 ss tube it makes a 45 dreg bend then a 1 ????
Ss Tube slips over it. Then a 1 5/8 ss tube 45 degree bends slides over
The 1 ???? ss tube there it a 1 ???? that slides on and 2 inch it clears the shock
Gas tank when I get the can's I will send it to timbo to see what kind of hp
It will make.

Looks pretty trick! Def going to need to wrap those puppies up to keep the shock from fading with the heat those will generate. I am sure they are close to the shock, as there is not much room back there.

Looks like a good job. Send em to Timbo and we can dyno them for you on either my drag bike or Timbos.

I think there is more to be gained on the exhaust and my dad is actually going to build one or two new designs to try this spring on the dyno. The more designs we have to test the better for all of us.

Thanks for the hardwork.

Awsome. We will be dynoing at last the big bore duals this week to get some feedback. Did you port the head for the large pipes as well?

Hey I see you made it back. See if you can locate your pics of your duals, after seeing how good your quad ran, I'm thinking I've got to have put something together! Also need to get my quad on the dyno.

No the head was not bored out the 1 3/8 x .065 wall ss tube fit in the head. I had to make new ss flanges that would bolt to the head i called hmf and they are making me some cans that are 9 in long and with a flang that the 2 in tubing will slide in to. I should is them in two weeks. I will take some more pic when i get the can tacked up.
