I finally got my bends, I'll be starting on a system shortly, thought I report on my progress.
I had it done at the place that used to build the trinity systems, I think.
The system will consist of the following:
machined spigot from the head
flange from another pipe
1 3/8" w 45 degree bend
1 1/2" w 45 degree bend
1 5/8" straight section
1 3/4" w 45 degree bend
1 7/8" w 45 degree bend
10" X 4" titanium cans w 2" flow through, tips will be from pro curcuit Ti4, not about the inlet side yet.

Which cans are you putting on?
They will be 4" dia titanium, 10" long with Pro Circuit Ti4 ends, I need to come up with the inlet top the cans but I think I can get something from a contact I have at Pro Circuit.
I have a couple of FMH clamps but I'm not sure if the ones I have will work.
I pulled the shock and the old exhaust off, starting to do some fit checking, first issue, it looks like if I go with the 1 3/8 tube right out of the head, that there may not be any room for socket to get the exhaust nuts on? any ideas? I may end up going with the stock size tube coming out of the head making the first turn.

You can pull the exhaust studs out and use an allen head bolt in place of the studs/nuts
