Since there is obviously a big language barrier getting this guy a crank and the having him learn the updates might be just to much to overcome. Maybe sticking with the morphidite engines is a better way to go in this case. Id feel bad to sell him a crank and have him drop a valve from ignorance of decomp repair ,cam cap torque,sticky buckets,or many other little things he might never understand.
What can we do ?

In De.pasiert schlime sache,viele Leute haben Cannondals gekauft weil Cannondale hat gute Farrad gebaut und gute Quads und Motorrad und dann sind die 440 kaputt gegangen.Jetzt wissen die Leute nich was weiter und viele sind sehr trauerig.
Ich habe sofort meine zerlegt und Feller gesucht und alle Feller beseitigt.
Aber meine Freunde haben das nicht gemacht unt jetzt liegen bei mir mehrere kaputte Kurbel.Wir haben hier keine Teile und keine Cannondale H??ndler.

Wenn ich richtig verstanden habe kann Timbomoose die Kurbeln reparieren.Ich brauche originale Dale 440 3X Connecting rods,und 1x bigend pin.
Kannst du BITTE Tim frage ob er mir das machen kann.

Ps Plastik habe ich weg wegen grosse l??cher auf motocrossstrecke dann ist Dale bischen leichter und die teuere plastik geht nicht kaput .In Bayern darf mann nicht auf Felder und Wald nicht fahren

Diese Kurbel auf dem Foto wurde bereits einmal neu aufgebaut. ??berpr??fen Sie, dass beide Kurbel H??lften f??r Verschlei?? und kleine Risse, wo die Rute hinein getragen haben kann. Post mehr Bilder von welche anderen Elemente, die Sie haben k??nnen.

Can't really agree on that! Looks like some pretty creative work, really! He got rid of the wide plastic at the knees- everyones biggest complaint. And he probably broke the stock rears so he found something to keep the MX mud off him. He says they can't ride in the woods/trails. Welded some hoops onto the Moto nerfs... And has some different pegs on them.

From a translator, I think he said he's in Ukraine. And speaking German. Wistech is on the right track with him.

his father is german mother from ukraine. he is studying english.

Hey, I drilled the crank. I experimenting,I but no rod and pin. the crank is drilled very precisely. How Can I make long stroke crank, you have other pistons, crank pins, long connecting rod?
I have a question, you turning bigendpin vor 34mm bearing ?
and 2 krancs not defect, I need 2xDale 440 rods original.

reusoble 5000315 x5
water pump impellerx2
oil filters x20
air funnel x2
subfrawe werdmerf used x1
