Thinking the weld let go first, tube to the bearing carrier, then the extra stress on the chain side was too much.
I was able to ride it back to camp, when I pulled it apart only two things were holding it together, a 6mm screw holding the chain glide to the swing arm and the brake stay.
I'm open for suggestions, thinking of adding corners to each of the tube interface locations and boxing it with plates top and bottom similar to the late 'dale swinger.
