Ok I've gotta say Im shocked that everyones response to this is so good.
Tomorrow I'm gonna do a full rite up with pictures of how I built it from the ground up!.

Just a thought, how have you managed to get round the handbrake problem for the MOT? Looking at my dale there's no way that brake could be modified to take a cable.
