swing arm is mounted up and looking good, was told it is a walsh swinger but im not sure.
all i know is its a +3 swinger

ok back to the important bits, because the engine is now carbed and i wanted the bike to look like a dale, so i had to use the original fuel tank to achieve that look. one big problem came up with this decision, the bottom of the tank is lower than the carb so the carb would run dry when the tank is half full. this would be uesless and to be honest ridiculous!!. so the answer i came up with to get over this speed bump was to install a facet solid state fuel pump.
this basically pulls the full from the bottom of the tank and pushes it up to the carb inlet.
after speaking with keihin, they said that the max pressure a fcr carb can take is 2 psi, so all i had to do was fit a fuel pressure regulator to the fuelline between the pump and carb and set it to its lowest setting which is only about 1 psi which is perfect for the carb to handle. well incase anybody wants to do it i can confirm it works perfectly!!!
one thing i would say do is rebuild the carb 1st then you know all the seals and floats are good.
i didnt at 1st and it did leak a bit.

fuel pump set up, i used high pressure braided fuel lines, for no other reason then to look good.
i can say it sure does, you do get a slight clicking/hum from the pump when you turn the ignition on but as soon as the loud button is pressed and it bursts into life it goes away and all **** breaks loose!! he he
i used U.N.C fittings and hose finishers to make it look tidy.
if you look closely at the braided hoses you will see that i also installed quick break adaptors so that if there is a problem or for maintanence you can just push the buttons on the adaptors and then pull the tank straight out without disturbing the fuel pump.

front shocks have been polished and fitted. there actually works dual rates with rezzies, i rang works and they suggested this set of shocks, the guy said they were a atv supermoto set of shocks, so i snapped them up straight away. and they werent that expensive either!!
had the shock rezzies and bodies polished and went for the black and white spring colours.
i found a guy who makes rezzie clamps and gave him the measurements of the fram tubing and he whipped me up a set of billet mounts, then i just polished them up th match the rest of the bike. easy....

so now its time for the exhaust to be fitted, for this as i wanted it to fit really well i went to a specialist, it cost a bit more than i wanted to pay but hey what the ****, this thing seems to have turned into a no expence spared build by the looks of it.
so anyways the system is equal length stainless steel and has a carbon silencer with all baffles removed.
the back off the exhaust was milled off and a thick stainless steel plate was adapted to fit.
this then allows the exhaust pipe the fit nicely into the silencer. then clamped off with a mikalor clamp.
its a work of art trust me. it looks sick!!!
enjoy.....
