I am going to get my Moto ready again for mx.

But here in the netherlands the rules have changed last year and the maximum noise a quad/bike may make on the track is 94db.
I have a 432cc engine, good port job with 46mm intake/tb/velocity stack from wistech. And had a fmf ti exhaust (stock moto/blaze).

Now I am going to make the velocity stack from wistech (cyclone intake?) into the stock airbox the bring the noise down.
And use a '03 toaster exhaust (header also).

Do you guys maybe have some ideas or tips how to bring the noise down without losing to much power?

And what map should I use with the setup I have in mind?

Thanks

There is a post somewhere on here where Wistech used a slip on from a newer street bike exhaust to bring the noise down and not lose HP.

Thanks for the reply's.

I already made the 46mm stack into the stock airbox, looks very slick.

Which header is better? The '02 or the '03 ?

Alright, then I'll take a '03 header. I looked around, the gsxr k8 mufflers are easy to get here.

Will a single left side muffler also work?

I also have a fmf titanium exhaust, but I am afraid to use it coz its brand new...
