Hi,

SO I have been running the sleeved swing arm all summer on the same set of needle bearing and still no slop or wiggle at all :-) (Without sleeving the swing arm my MX riding was killing about 2 or more sets of needle bearings each season.)

God bless...

So with winter coming I have lots of time to do this for other people. Anyone interested? Probably looking at $60 plus shipping to and from 50707

God bless...

Swing arm related. Do i need to take the swingarm off to replace the plastic rub plate on it?

No. There are 3-4 screws holding it to the swingarm. One is a bear to get to on the bottom though.

Hi
Sorry I missed your question. I would have to have the swing arm without the bearing carrier and then I mill out the bearing holes in the front and epoxy in a set of chromoly sleeves. (I cut them so they need a press to be installed, but I epoxy just as added protection from them coming out next time you press in a new set of bearings.

Thanks

God bless...

Ps. I am in the middle of a move so my mill is waiting to get moved into its new home and get reassembled before I can do any of this stuff.
