After getting the cyllinder head on and cover I highly recomend pressure testing the system. Its actually very easy. Only test using 5 to 10 psi REGULATED air pressure. Plug off The starter vent ,rear oil inlet and scavange pump fitting. Install starter [attachment=4491:post_822...69571646.jpg]
You may hear some air leaking out the intake or exhaust. This is normal leakage through the piston rings. I spray soapy water on all oringed areas to check for bubbles. The oil bridge is a very common area to have leakage. The orings are easly damaged during instalation. [attachment=4492:post_822...69571761.jpg]
I cant stress enough to be sure to use a regulator on your air supply. No more than 5 to 10 psi!!!! Any more and you run the risk of damaging the block plugs ,seal or maybe even rupture.
