Is 100 bucks too much for this battery? That's what I was quoted locally. I need one ASAP for ridin' next weekend....

Seems to high to me, go to someone that just sells automobile/motorcycle batteries, they should have something that will crossreference for less money.

I paid about $60 for one hear locally.

Just tell them your brand and part # and they should be able to get the same size and cranking power as the original.

Also E-bay always has some batteries on it .

That battery size is the same as stock I have one and there wasn't a problem with instalation, but Blaze may have the other battery which had more cca's, but was physically taller.

the stock one is a "9" size the length and width are the same but on the 12 the height is taller. i had to pull my starter and the fuel pressure regulator and grind some out of the battery box to get it to fit, a little extra time but it is worth it, i was going to go with a 2 battery set up but not know, it works great
